Eric Santos
Eric grew up on the coast of Maine, by way of Massachusetts. He started skateboarding and making art as soon as he could stand and he never stopped doing either. His two passions meet with his colorful and sometimes creepy hand-painted grip tape designs. He has also experimented with different printing techniques, but screen printing is the one he pursues full-time.
When he’s not making art you can find him skating parks all over New England or advocating for local skatepark projects around Maine. Visit here to support his latest effort to rejuvenate the Auburn, Maine park!
Roar Shack Design is a creative endeavor from the mind and hands of me, Grace Heinig. I have had a creative compulsion my whole life and have been in love with screen printing since I first learned the technique in college. Roar Shack exists not only as an artistic outlet, but as a means to raise awareness and funds for the causes I feel passionate about, such as consent education and sexual assault prevention. Roar Shack is based in the beautiful state of Maine.

Causes We Support
Speak About It
Consent matters. Nobody knows that like Speak About It. They are a nonprofit organization based in Maine who travel to schools and communities around the country to teach folks about healthy relationships, identity, sexual assault prevention and more through performance and storytelling. Several Roar Shack products help raise funds for their important work. I chose to help support Speak About It particularly because their aim is not just to support victims, but to prevent sexual assault from ever happening in the first place. Teaching future generations to treat one another with more care is a cause I strongly believe in. Anything but YES means NO.
